We usually ship your order within 1-2 business days. Please note that once the package is handed over to external delivery companies (such as PostNL, DHL, etc.), any delays or issues during transit are beyond our responsibility.

For orders within the Netherlands, delivery generally takes 1-2 business days after shipping. For other European countries, delivery usually takes around 7 business days.

We currently ship to all countries within Europe.

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it by emailing us at info@accolee.com with your order number. Please note that return shipping costs are at your expense unless the product is faulty

Yes, even after the 14-day return period, you are protected by the statutory warranty under Dutch law if the product is defective or not as described.
